Refund / Cancellation Policy

We want you to love what you buy from us :)
If you happen to change your mind before we have shipped your item, you may cancel your order at no restocking cost, and you will be refunded in full, less any fees charged by credit card processors. (For custom orders, cancellation must be received before item has begun the production process.)
If you have already received your order and are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), please email us within 7 days and we will process your request(s) as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging and products in new, unused, and sale-able condition to better process your return request(s).
Due to the delicate nature of the jewelry industry and our commitment to donations, most requests can no longer be accepted, especially if it is just due to a change of mind. Thank you for your understanding :)

Sold Out / Backordered Items

Please allow 2-7 Business Days for items that are Sold Out / Backordered to be shipped.
Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, it takes us some time to get more gemstones and then handcraft the piece ourselves. Since we pull items directly from our boutique store in sunny California, there may be a chance an item listed on website is sold out.
We try our best to keep the stock updated, but in an event it is sold out, we will notify you via email or phone call, in that order, using the contact information entered during checkout. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter :)
