In 2011, Steven Hartono founded the company to become a catalyst in the jewelry industry and in the world. Steven learned production from working closely with a GIA graduate, jewelry design from attending countless trade shows and following trends. He also leads the business development, having learned the ropes from being in corporate management and has a double degree from UCLA. He takes joy in customer service and educating clients about his Los Angeles made - engagement, bridal and fashion jewelry and enjoys donating a portion of the profits to a cause - such as ending human trafficking.
Catalyst offers wedding bands and engagement rings, made out of your choice of precious metal, whether it be yellow or white gold, or platinum, you can find one within our large selection, or custom make the exact style you have always dreamed of. We also offer inexpensive fashion jewelry, made from solid sterling silver, and plated with rhodium (family of platinum) or select precious metals, like rose gold or yellow gold. Fashion jewelry are hand-set with either AAA grade Cubic Zirconia, or beautiful semi-precious stones, and pronged (never glued) to ensure a quality unsurpassed by any other fashion jewelry.
